           Communication with the Landlord on the Tenant’s behalf                            to facilitate changes to the document

           Communication to the client to advise of any concerns                              with the Landlord’s standard form of Lease document

           Finalization of the documents in a form ready for execution

** All services assume a particular hourly allowance. Once that allowance has been reached the hourly rate of $100.00 will apply in addition to the flat rate
